Situated on the Dream Hills urbanisation, Orihuela Costa, south of Torrevieja, all rooms are furnished to the highest standard. . Spacious lounge/dining area.

fully fitted, modern kitchen. ground floor shower room. upstairs full bathroom. one double (king size bed) bedroom. two twin bedrooms; one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

Facilities include:

ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, mircowave, toaster, iron and board in kitchen.

Satellite TV, CD player, DVD player. A limited selection of books, videos, CDs, DVDs and games supplied.

Heaters, house linen excluding beach towels provided.

Off road parking.

Grocery welcome pack can be arranged for a small charge.

There are two large communal pools a few steps from the house with surrounding terraces, small children's play area and seating areas.

Although the property is convenient for the pools, shops and some restuarants, it is in a quiet street. Many neighbours of differing nationalities are permanent residents, so the area is not like a "ghost town" outside of the summer season.

There are many outside areas in which to chill or dine.

Fold-up chairs and sunbeds are supplied to take to the beach as well as picnic set, coolbox, coolbag and parasols.

Due to the nearby salt lakes, the area enjoys a microclimate. As a result annual rainfall figures are low and there is a high instance of sunshine, therefore holidays can be enjoyed all year round.
